EU4Business has set up a direct finance facility for Ukrainian SMEs to underpin the country’s free trade agreement with the EU. A new network of Business Support Centers in 15 Ukraine regions will also improve access to finance and provide advice to SMEs, as will initiatives to promote energy efficiency and women entrepreneurs.
