Two women entrepreneurs in Georgia developed a winning marketing strategy to push their business idea for selling high-quality tea. This was possible with the help of the EBRD's Advice for Small Businesses programme, funded by the EU under its EU4Business initiative, which connected the company with a local business consultant, who helped to develop a marketing strategy. 

With funding from the European Union under its EU4Business initiative, the EBRD worked with "White Hat", a mushroom manufacturing company, in the framework of the EU4Business programme Advice for Small Businesses.

This programme allowed the company to automate its manufacturing process. Thus, the company saved money and increased profitability.
