DCFTA Adaptation Programme – Support for SME Competitiveness in Georgia
The project helps businesses to make the most of the opportunities of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area agreements with the European Union by providing export facilitation training for SMEs, seminars in agribusiness, food safety forums and training for business consultants. SMEs can also receive business development and export promotion advice from local consultants and international industry advisers.
The programme strengthens the competitiveness of SMEs, facilitates exports, helps businesses adopt new standards, raises awareness of DCFTA and finance opportunities, and increases the use and quality of local business advisory services.
