The project – implemented by the Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia and Gyumri Information Technologies Center – supports economic development in the Shirak marz by boosting the skills of young unemployed, and business development of the IT community through training and financial assistance.
The project contributes to the EU-funded Programme ‘Economic and Business Development in Georgia’ by strengthening the policy framework to facilitate the development of SME clusters, developing clusters in three sectors.
The programme provides sustainable community development and enhances the capacity of civil society organisations (CSOs) to generate income via social entrepreneurship projects.
