The Kyiv Business Support Centre is organising a two-day training on customer orientation and customer service, taking place on 30-31 May, with the support of the EBRD in the framework of the EU4Business initiative.
The workshop will be led by Svitlana Nasyrova, business adviser in marketing and business development.
The objectives of the training are to:
- Provide participants with knowledge about the components of customer service and understand the role of behaviour when servicing clients;
- Form skills for interaction with disatisfied customers;
- Master the conflict coaching algorithm;
- Improve skills for understanding the customer.
The Kyiv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
