The Ivano-Frankivsk Business Support Centre is organising a two-day forum on effective sales, taking place in Lutsk on 23-24 May, with the support of the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The forum aims to provide greater understanding of sales models and effective tools, and will demonstrate successful business cases in online and offline marketing.
The forum will focus on:
- trends and innovations in sales;
- working tools for the use of different systems is sales in order to improve business-client cooperation;
- creation and development of a sales department;
- opportunities for business development from the EBRD and Business Support Centre experts.
An important part of the event will be devoted to analysis of sales departments across the five main areas of telephone sales and online communications: website, Facebook page, calls, emails, messengers. This analysis will help entrepreneurs understand the level of their sales departments as well as the main areas of potential improvement for sales growth.
The Ivano-Frankivsk Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs benefit from the project.
