A forum on strategic planning in the textile industrytakes in Lviv on 19 April, organised by the Business Community Club Ukrainetogether with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
This event is targeted at owners, managers and experts in the textile industry, and aims to provide participants with practical tools for strategy development and the main indicators that need to be controlled in order to improve cooperation at the enterprise. It will also present the opportunities for business development provided by the EBRD within the EU4Business programme, and allow participants to establish business contacts during the business networking session.
The programme of the forum includes the following topics:
- Strategic planning in the textile industry; management of efficiency and quality;
- Case study: ‘Malyna’ for children – a bright Ukrainian brand. DNK growth: from Instagram to export;
- Presentation of the project ‘Support for the development of cluster initiatives of light industry in Lviv’;
- Business Networking.
