The EU4Business FORBIZ project together with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine is organising a conference in Kyiv on 18 April on ‘Effective self-regulation and implementation of business standards’.
The event will be devoted to discussing the necessary regulatory framework for the development of self-regulation, as well as presenting the practical experience of implementing business standards and self-regulation systems in Ukraine.
Funded by the European Union as part of its EU4Business initiative, the FORBIZ project supports Ukraine’s reform agenda and its economic recovery by proposing a systemic change to a more business-friendly environment with a particular focus on SMEs. The project seeks to steer a shift in policy towards greater recognition of SMEs and the vital role they play in economic recovery, while addressing the challenge of reducing regulatory burden and lessening risk for businesses.
