Georgian juice and tea producers will be attending BioFach 2019 – the leading international trade fair for organic products, where the International Trade Centre (ITC) has arranged for them to meet with prospective new clients from the European Union.
Two Georgian companies participating in BioFach in Nuremberg on 13-16 February are beneficiaries of the Eastern Partnership Ready to Trade project, implemented by the International Trade Centre (ITC) and funded by the European Union under EU4Business Initiative.
Ready to Trade helped the entrepreneurs prepare for the event by assisting them with the booth rental and design, organisation of B2B meetings and facilitation during the negotiation with buyers.
BioFach is the second international trade fair for Georgian companies supported by the Ready to Trade project. Last year, 13 agro-processing companies participated in Sial Paris, as part of the Georgian National pavilion, organised by Enterprise Georgia.
The Eastern Partnership Ready to Trade project, implemented by International Trade Centre (ITC) and funded by European Union under EU4Business Initiative, works with small businesses in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine to help them target and access foreign markets, with a special focus on the European Union.
