Farming businesses in Ukraine are invited to a conference in Kyiv on 28 February, organised by 'APK-Inform, fruit and vegetables' with the EBRD and FAO, as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The conference – 'A Million from a Hectare' – is aimed at providing information about implementation of new projects on a small area, as well as to define the right direction for development of agricultural SMEs.
More than 200 representatives are expected to take part from agricultural business interested to diversify their production.
A wide range of topics will be discussed at the conference, including: production of celery and asparagus, financial and technical support for small farms, financial projects and land issues, prospects for development of grains and oilseeds, fruit and vegetables, organic production, greenhouses, beekeeping, breeding of rabbits, aquaculture, green tourism etc.
