A workshop is being organised in Vinnytsia, starting on 14 November, on ‘Effective Communications for Business’. The training will be rolled out in three two-day modules on 14-15 November, 21-22 November, and 28-29 November.
The workshop is organised by the Business Support Centre in Vinnytsia, together with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the framework of the EU4Business initiative.
The training is aimed at owners and managers of SMEs, and marketing and PR specialists.
The main purpose of the workshop is to learn how to use communication to collaborate effectively with clients, partners and employees for the achievement of strategic business goals.
During the workshop, participants will be able to:
- understand strategic communications and to learn about major tools of their implementation;
- learn how to identify goals and approaches to communicating with different target audiences;
- learn how to use various communication tools and how to assess their influence;
- develop a communication strategy for certain businesses.
The VinnytsiaBusiness Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
