SMEs in the Mykolaiv region are invited to take part in a round table discussion on ‘Personnel management in SMEs’ to take place on 11 October. The event is organised by the Mykolaiv Business Support Centre, with the support of the EBRD, as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The round tableis being organised to discuss modern technologies of personnel management, improvement of business quality and compliance with European standards.
Among the main issues that will be discussed are low awareness of HR and personnel management specialists,special aspectsof the regional labor market, and the need to enhance the culture of doing business. Participants will have a unique opportunity to meet with leading domestic experts and consultants on HR-management issues.
The MykolaivBusiness Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
