On 10 September, the Mykolaiv Business Support Centre, with the support of the EBRD and the EU4Business initiative, is organising a conference in Kherson on ‘Client-orientation in a highly-competitive international business environment’.
At the Conference, participants will discuss the choice of model and creation of the most effective client-oriented enterprise management system. They will be also able to discuss the process of business culture formation (in domestic business) and client-orientation as one of its most important components.
Conference participants will have a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the best Ukrainian and international practices and to meet with leading trade-marketing experts.
The Mykolaiv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
