The Women Entrepreneurship Programme, an initiative of the EU-SMEDA project in Armenia, will hold the second Women Entrepreneurs’ Club on the topic of ‘Connecting People in Business’, on 30 August, at 18:00 at the Radisson Blue Hotel in Yerevan.
The Women Entrepreneurs’ Club is an initiative of the EU-SMEDA project funded by the EU under the EU4Business initiative: it will be held on a monthly basis connecting and creating a solid basis for interaction and exchange between strong and active women in society and young women who are planning to create and or promote their business ideas, learning and getting inspired by more experienced women leaders.
The Club will also involve successful men in business and society and connect them with women in business, promoting their future cooperation. The Club will be held in close cooperation with NGOs engaged in women’s entrepreneurship activities and involved in EU-SMEDA activities.
The EU-SMEDA project supports the improvement of the business and investment climate for SMEs in Armenia. It aims to strengthen the private sector, support SME coordination mechanisms, and foster links between research institutions and the private sector, as well as providing access to finance for SMEs.
