A workshop is being organised in Vinnytsia on 14 September aimed at improving services in the hospitality sector. The ‘HoReCa.ReStart’ training is organised by the Vinnytsia Business Support Centre together with the EBRD, as part of the EU4Business initiative.
An announcement from the organisers said the dynamic development of the city of Vinnytsia and its infrastructure, promises great prospects for growth of the HoReCa industry, adding that while there are many cafes, restaurants and hotels, unfortunately not all of them have an excellent reputation.
This workshop is being organised to help understand how to bring services to a new quality level, create an atmosphere and an offering that attracts customers to the point where they will recommend to other people. Participants will also find out how to create a team of professionals, systematise business processes, increase the profitability of their business and achieve new results.
Participants will find out more about trends, successful business cases and real technologies that will improve their business, increase the profit and recognition of their hotel, restaurant or café.
The intensive training will provide an opportunity to discover the secrets of quality management, delegation and division of responsibilities as well as considering important managerial decisions.
Leading experts will present cases that have made establishments well known throughout Ukraine, and describe modern marketing strategies.
The Vinnytsia Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
