A round table is being organised in Odessa on 7 June to discuss the development of services related to small shipbuilding, organised by the Odessa Business Support Centre with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The Odessa BSC invites businesses to discuss the development of the concept of a small vessels service, including the areas of: designing ships and yacht clubs, building small vessels and piers, ship repair, arranging moorign and servicing of small ships, infrastructure development, preparation of the necessary legislative base and staffing.
The Odessa Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
