The Business Support Centre in Rivne is organising a conference on the concept of ‘Lean Production’ on 13 July, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) under the EU4Business initiative.
The conference is aimed at participants who have already understood the basic aspects of lean production, and have begun to implement its principles and achieved the first results. Speakers will talk about how to achieve stable results, not to return to the previous state and to improve their production processes.
The event aims to help businesses with experience in implementing the tools of lean production in Ukraine, supporting them in analysing the state of their own production and identify existing losses, as well as to exchange experience with manufacturing companies which have significant experience in implementing lean production.
The Rivne Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
