Business Support Center in Rivne under EU4Business initiative invites owners / managers of small and medium-sized enterprises to the training "Export Promotion for SMEs: Ready to Export".
The program is designed for companies than plan to start exporting and those that already export but do not have stable results.
The training will be conducted by Roddy Feely, director of the Irish international consulting company Strategy Crowd, which works with SMEs and startups to expand their international sales and build export development strategies. Roddy Feely is a multi-disciplinary industry expert with 24-year-old experience, he took leading positions in sales and marketing, operations, general management, and development strategies. He has worked for both large multinational corporations and SMEs in the areas of FMCG, luxury goods, food industry and agriculture. Roddy also works as a business consultant and coach for Enterprise Ireland (Ireland's government agency, helping Irish companies grow in export markets).

During the course, participants will:
- Rethink their own motivation and strategy of entering the export markets and will be able to start working with understanding of the importance of adequate market research;
- Study different routes to the market;
- Focus on the value proposition;
- Understand how they compete in export markets in a rapidly changing international market; and
- Prepare their business to exporting from the practical point of view - develop the Export Growth Strategy and Action Plan.
The course also includes a personal mentor sessions of 90 minutes to help participants and their team to implement strategies and action plans for exports increase.
The number of selected participants is 20.

Thanks to the support of EU4Business, participants pay only part of the training fee. The reduced fee is UAH 2,430. The cost of the training includes handouts, coffee breaks and lunches, as well as 90 minutes of personal counseling / mentoring sessions during the 2 months after the training.
