Export training for SMEs in the Armenian agro-food sector

EU4Business project East Invest 2 is inviting SMEs from the agro-food and food processing sectors to apply for training in how to export successfully to EU and other foreign markets. 

Two-and-a-half days of interactive courses on the subject will be held at the Erebuni Plaza Business Center in Yerevan from 30 May to 1 June.

The “SME Academy” on EU trade relations, technical standards, export readiness, marketing and participation in trade fairs, will be delivered by experts from the European Union and Eastern Partnership countries.

Conference languages will be English and Armenian. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

The SME Academy works to help your business access the EU market, cooperate with partners in the EU, and boost your export activities in general.

You will learn about your obligations under EU-Armenia trade agreements, as well as the EU “acquis”, the rules applying to member states and trading in the 28-country bloc.

The aim is to familiarise you with different issues related to exporting to the EU and other markets and equip you with the knowledge and tools to find the information you need do so successfully.
