Communications training for Business Support Organisations in Belarus

This four-day event will train Business Support Organisations (BSO) to use communication more effectively when working with international experts on private-public dialogue  (PPD). The course is for BSOs working with SMEs as well as SMEs themselves.

Subjects to be tackled include:

• Discovery and tracking of problems
• Use of well-coordinated communications to support the organisation’s activities
• Selection and implementation of communication tools
• Writing press-release and using mass media contacts
• Using social media and websites.
