Trade in Transition Report (2017)

For two decades, from the mid-1980s until the mid-2000s, globalization of production through rapid expansion of international trade was incontestably the dominant economic trend across developing and high-income economies. After strong economic headwinds in recent years, economies in Europe and Central Asia (ECA) are returning to a more stable growth path. Trade in transition is a World Bank Group report on trade and the economy in Europe and Central Asia.
