Women entrepreneurs in the Dnipro region are invited to sign up for a business training course – ‘From entrepreneur to entrepreneurship’ – taking place over two modules, on 13-14 May and 3-4 June.
The event is organised bythe Dnipro Business Support Centre,together with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative. The deadline for registration is 30 April.
The course is especially designed for female entrepreneurs and split into two training modules. It is based on the best international practices and in-depth expert knowledge. The course is interactive and includes both practical exercises and real examples highlighting leadership techniques and styles.
The workshop will help the participants to:
- understand the current stage of business development;
- determine the style of corporate culture and values that meet the company’s needs;
- improve their organisational skills;
- identify weaknesses in management and find points for improving internal processes;
- find the optimal organisational structure for their business;
- exchange experience in various aspects with other participants.
The Dnipro Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs benefit from the project.
