The Kyiv Business Support Centre is organising a workshop on ‘Transport logistics. Practice. Optimization’ on 20 December, with the support of the EBRD and the EU4Business initiative.
The purpose of the workshop is to identify practical tools for improving the quality of delivery, rational use of vehicles, route optimization and a reduction in transport costs.
The workshop is aimed at owners, managers and experts of SMEs.
Topics to be discussed at the workshop include:
- potential for public-private partnership in Boryspil Airport;
- development strategy of road freight transport in Ukraine and the EU;
- modern challenges in the automotive industry;
- logistics: planning, choice of transport, additional opportunities;
- customs registration;
- liability insurance for carriers;
- automation of transport logistics in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The Kyiv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
