A workshop on ‘Management Skills Development’ is being organised on 19-20 April by the Kharkiv Business Support Centre, together with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The Workshop focuses on the professional development of managers in efficient human resource management through achievement of business targets.
The main training goals of the workshop include:
-employee support in task planning and prioritisation, efficient time management;
-delegation and employee motivation;
-control;
-feedback.
The trainer, Yulii Nekrasov, is a business-coach, financial expert, engineer in system integration, creator and leading coach at the Business-School of Proactive Managers.
The Kharkiv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
