On 14 December, the Vinnytsia Business Support Centre with the EBRD and the EU4Business initiative, is organizing a workshop on financial literacy for managers.
The deadline for registration is 6 December.
The event will identify the key points related to the processes of planning, optimisation, management and distribution of the company’s financial resources. Participants will get the opportunity to gain systematic knowledge about financial tools for enterprise development as well as for planning of a tax burden.
Topics to be discussed include:
- managerial decisions on the basis of well-formed and systematized accounting information;
- analysis of indicators of financial and economic activity;
- business risk management and ways to reduce risk;
- planning and forecasting of activity;
- modern concepts of financial analysis and optimization of company results.
The Vinnytsia Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
