On 18 July, the EBRD is organising a workshop in Khmelnytskyi on effective sales in the textile industry, held in the framework of the EU4Business initiative.

The workshop is aimed at owners and managers of companies in the textile and fashion industries.

The event will cover the following topics: 

  • Effective sales department or how to become a market leader today:
    • Criteria for a successful sales department;
    • How to find an ideal sales manager;
    • How to improve the organisational structure of the sales department, its impact and the level of sales;
    • What KPI should be set in order to increase sales;
    • Key stages of sales. How to develop customer loyalty.
  • Digitalization of business. How to make money online today.
