On 13 October, poultry farmers are invited to a workshop on ‘Development prospects for the egg business in Podillya’, to be held in Khmelnytskyi with the support of the EU4Business initiative.
The Workshop is organised by the Khmelnytskyi BSC Business Support Centre with the EBRD.
The main purposeof the training is to learn how to use modern methods of harvesting and storage in order to produce high quality products.
Topics to be covered include:
- egg market analysis;
- successful cases of mini-poultry farms;
- latest technologies and scientific developments;
- efficient use of waste onmini-poultry farms;
- best breeds of laying hens;
- certification of eggs.
The Khmelnytskyi Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
