
Every Friday and Saturday from 21 September until 10 November, the Khmelnytsky Business Support Centre will be hosting an eight-module training titled ‘From Work to Business’, held with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the EU4Business initiative.
The organisers invite owners, top managers and managers of functional departments of SMEs to participate in the training.
The main purpose of the training is to help the owners of SMEs turn their work into business, to structure and adjust business processes. The training aims to take businesses forward to the next level of development, with a clear business model, understanding of strategy, effective business processes, adjusted marketing systems, sales and human capital management.
The Khmelnytsky Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.

All the costs of the training programme are funded under the EU4Business initiative. The organisational fee is intended for the selection of an audience interested in investing its own resources in the training and development of the company.
