The Mykolaiv Business Support Centre is organising a conference on ‘Women in Business’ on 12 September, together with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative. The deadline for registration is 5 September.
The Conference will provide an opportunity to discussthe problems faced by women in business, as well as find ways to solve them, and to exchange experiences and best practices for solving the most challenging problems facing the development of women's entrepreneurship.
Among the main topics of the conference will be: business culture of women's entrepreneurship, introduction of the best practices, methods and techniques for solving operational problems and strategic tasks, as well as communication between active members of the women's business community.
The conference will be followed by a two-hour workshop on the "Secrets of a successful business presentation" by Sergei Stuzhak, expert trainer on public speaking and business presentations. He will address business presentation skills and will share the techniques of conducting successful negotiations.
The Mykolaiv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.

The deadline for registration is 5 September.
Participation in the conference is free. Participation in the business presentation workshop is 320 UAH. The number of places on the workshop is limited to 10-15 people. Interested participants are requested to indicate in the registration form their desire to participate.
