The Kharkiv Business Support Centre is organising a two-day conference on 23-24 May on ‘The way to efficiency and market leadership’, held with the support of the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The event will be interesting for businesses wanting to understand the essence of lean manufacturing for how to enhance business efficiency, looking for answers to questions on business process optimisation and HR-management, and for those who are ambitious and interested in innovation. Participants will get in-depth information about the possibilities of using Kaizen philosophy for business development in Ukraine.
Among the topics that will be discussed during the conference is the use of Japanese management style in exports, sales and finance.
The Kharkiv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
