A trade mission for Ukrainian clothing manufacturers to Cologne in Germany is being organised from 9-11 July by the EBRD and the Export Promotion Office, as part of the EU4Business initiative.
This mission will be interesting for manufacturers of outwear and sportswear, trousers, suits, shirts and t-shirts made of woven cloth. Registration is open until April 11, 2019.
The Trade Mission includes an educational block in which experts from the German Light Industry Association will outline the needs and requirements of German companies.
The delegation will then visit successful industry-specific companies to exchange experiences and establish business contacts.
Since it is desirable to get an expert recommendation for working with German companies, the organisers have also planned an advance visit of Trigon Select experts to the production of selected participants in order to certify their quality. After the visits, the experts will create a report for more intensive cooperation with German companies in the future.
This project also covers the expenses for a professional German consultant who will organise individual business meetings for Ukrainian companies.
The event is being designed in such a way as to help define the potenial of the German market for Ukrainian manufacturers, the expectations of consumers and the trends they are influenced by.
