Engineers, experts and consultants on energy efficiency and energy conservation are invited to Khmelnytsky to take part in a four-day workshop on "Energy Efficiency in Manufacturing Industry. Basic Level". The workshop takes place on 16-19 July, organised by the Khmelnytskyi Business Support Centre with the support of the EBRD and the EU4Business initiative. The deadline for registration is 10 July.
The workshop is a unique opportunity for consultants and top managers who directly influence decision-making in the field of energy saving policy in companies and organisations. The coaches (Kostantinos Theophilactos, Thomas Philippe and Oleksandr Ovdiyenko) are leading experts from the international consulting and engineering company ‘LDK Consultants Engineers and Planners’. They will conduct a specially developed intensive training workshop aimed at increasing the standards of energy efficiency projects.
Participation in this intensive practical workshopwill help improve knowledge of energy efficient technologies and identify solutions for their clients/businesses.Participants will receive additional instructive sessions within two months of the training.
The Workshop is aimed to:
- improve knowledge in the field of energy systems and utilities;
- discuss key elements of the consulting process and project cycle management;
- find out how to estimate and calculate GHG emissions and energy audits (methodology, process and reporting);
- discuss how to evaluate capital investments and analyze their costs, as well as how to determine the cost of these energy saving measures.
