On 28 February in Kyiv, the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) in Ukraine is presenting the ‘Varenyk’s index’ or Consumer Price Index (CPI) for food products – an online service that allows the user to get the latest information about price levels from various sources, all in one place.
The BRDO is funded by the European Union within the framework of the FORBIZproject and the EU4Business Initiative, with the aim of simplifying the process of doing business and providing effective state regulation in key sectors of the economy.
The index will reflect the daily movements dynamics of prices for a basket of goods, according to the largest online supermarkets. Information is presented both at national and regional level.
The platform also provides an inflation calculator, which allows you to evaluate how prices in Ukraine have changed over time.
