An SME training on money and investments is being held in Kharkiv on 30-31 May, organised by the city’s Business Support Centre, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, in the framework of the EU4Business initiative.
The two-day event is aimed at SME owners and managers who want to get maximum information on the basics of investment and cash management, understanding of reporting, planning and clear steps for attracting investments.
Participants will discuss the following topics at the training (full programme):
- Financial management and business efficiency;
- Financial statements;
- Dynamics of business prospects;
- Operating activity management;
- Forecast of financial needs.
The training aims to explain the basics of finance and investments in order to allow SMEs to make financial decisions on attracting investments for business development.
The Kharkiv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
