SME managers are invited to sign up for a two-day training in Dnipro on ‘KPI analysis for SMEs using Microsoft Power BI’. The event is organised on 15-16 April by the Dnipro Business Support Centre, together with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The training is targeted at SME managers to help them set up modern tools for analysing company KPIs using POWER BI on a variety of devices (including smartphones, tablets etc.).
The intensive two-day course (full programme) consists of 8 main modules, which include the following topics:
- How Power BI services and applications work together
- How to use PowerApps for improving business efficiency;
- How to create impressive visual elements and reports.
The purpose of the training is to provide operational tools for business analytics, which will allow participants to take effective management decisions quickly, and to help them to master the modern business analytics tools of Power BI.
As a result, business leaders will learn how to define the KPIs of their companies, build effective charts, publish reports through cloud services and share them between different users.
The Dnipro Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs benefit from the project.
