A forum on tourism in the Ivano-Frankivsk region of Ukraine will take place on 10 October 2017. The event is organised by the Business Support Centre in Ivano-Frankivsk, under the framework of the EU4Business initiative of the European Union, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
The forum – ‘Tourism sector as a prospect for success in the Ivano-Frankivsk region’ – is aimed at owners and managers of tourism businesses (HoReCa, tourism operators, logistics and transport companies, etc.), the public and the local authorities, and aims to find ways to develop tourism in the region and unite players in the industry to achieve greater growth.
- establish contacts with hundreds of players in the tourism market during business networking;
- get acquainted with the latest trends in the tourism business;
- learn about the EBRD’s business development opportunities;
- learn about the opportunities and benefits of business development by combining the efforts of the players in the tourism industry.
The Business Support Centre in Ivano-Frankivsk is part of the EU4Business Network of Business Support Centres project, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
