The Vinnytsia Business Support Centre is organising a workshop in August on how to develop a success strategy in HR, with the support of the EBRD and the EU4Business initiative. The workshop takes place over two modules, on 13-14 and 28-29 August.
The workshop will focus on knowledge and practical skills for building an effective HR management system, reducing unproductive losses of employees’ time as well as losses caused by searching and retaining staff. Participants will also learn how to find talented employees for their business, how to conduct staff assessments and increase business profitability through better personnel management.
The programme of the event includes:
- modern methods of personnel management;
- successful talent search;
- team motivation;
- workshop on strategy development.
The Vinnytsia Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
