The Dnipro Business Support Centre invites SMEs from the region to take part in the ‘Dnipro AgroDay’ Forum on 30 October. The Conference is organised with the support of the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The event will include discussion on practical case studies, successful start-ups in the agro-industrial sector and issues related to state regulation and agro-industrial sector support.
The conference responds to demand from agrarian enterprises for support and information on:
- Opportunities for attracting state and grant support;
- Search for market sectors and the formula for competitive added value for new Ukrainian products;
- Development of synergies in innovation, consulting, technological, informational, financial, and organisational solutions for the dynamic development of the agricultural sector.
The forum will provide businesses with an opportunity for networking, for discussing the use of technology in agro-industry, learning from the expertise developed by Ukrainian businesses to achieve growth in the industry, receiving practical information, discussing the problems and perspectives of introducing modern plant protection technologies, livestock breeding, automation of apiaries and greenhouses.
The Dnipro Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
