A Service Design Camp for businesses is being organised by the EBRD on 9-10 July in Irpen, Ukraine, as part of the EU4Business initiative.
Service design is a method used to improve the service and product offers. The goal of a Design Camp is to make the offered service (service, product) better that it was and to provide better customer experience.
The two-day Design Camp will cover the following topics:
- Define service design as a method of improving the service/product;
- Experience of the design way of thinking;
- Client experience as a main feature of product/service;
- How to use tools and factors of service design map.
