On 27 April, the Rivne Business Support Centre is organising a business conference on ‘Service 4 Sales’, with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) under the EU4Business initiative.
Value is always created by people for people, and it does not matter whether you work for business or for retail customers. Therefore, a high-level service in a company is always a good way to gain a competitive advantage.
The conference will have the greatest value for:
- service centre directors;
- marketing directors;
- sales directors, commercial directors;
- owners and managers of small and medium-sized Ukrainian companies.
The event will also be of value to professionals responsible for services to internal customers: HR-Directors, HR-managers, HR-marketing-managers.
Objectives
The Service 4 Sales conference will help participants to find new ideas in order to:
- turn new clients into permanent ones;
- set up sales through better service;
- get tools to improve sales at retail outlets;
- get more recommendations from existing clients
The Rivne Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
