On 20-21 December, the Kharkiv Business Support Centre is hosting a conference on 'The secrets of negotiations with foreign partners', organised with the support of the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The two-day event aims to reveal the secrets of communication with foreign partners and how to create a perfect business image in order to achieve better results in business.
The conference is aimed at owners, sales and marketing managers of any sphere, who are exporting or intend to export.
Topics to be covered include:
- planning and organising a meeting with a foreign delegation (etiquette, protocol, correspondence and other forms of communication);
- conducting negotiations with foreign partners (mistakes, tips);
- the image of a business person;
- body language in communication with partners;
- behavior at official and unofficial receptions.
The conference will be held by the experts from the Export Promotion Office and Georgii Monakhov (business etiquette and protocol expert).
The Kharkiv Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
