
Fashion Forum Yerevan 2018 – the first event of its kind – takes place in the Armenian capital from 2-4 June, 2018, organised by the Fashion and Design Chamber of Armenia (FDC) with the support of the EU-funded SMEDA project.
The deadline for registration is 28 May.
The forum is an excellent opportunity for Armenian designers to meet global fashion representatives, professionals and influencers who will share their expertise and deliver a number of master classes to local designers – the first step to a more integrated fashion world where knowledge and network are the keys to success.
Seminars and workshops include:
- Trend forecasting (for designers)
- Fashion photography (for photographers)
- Educational system (for educational sector representatives)
- Fashion journalism (for media)
- Street style photography (for photographers)
- Sustainable production (for textile producers)
- Individual consultancy & portfolio review of Armenian designers (for FDC members)
The forum will contribute to building a more sustainable, efficient and healthy fashion industry in a country which has a rich culture and creative potential yet to expand its fashion talent and power.
The forum is organised by the Fashion and Design Chamber of Armenia with the support of the EU-SMEDA project.
The EU4Business SMEDA (Support to SME Development in Armenia) project supports the improvement of the business and investment climate for SMEs in Armenia. It aims to strengthen the private sector, support SME coordination mechanisms, and foster links between research institutions and the private sector, as well as providing access to finance for SMEs.
