
Sales managers are invited to sign up for a training on ‘effective sales in the face of sharp competition’, organised from 22-25 May by the Zaporizhzhia Business Support Centre with support from the EBRD under the EU4Business initiative.
The deadline for registration is 16 May.
The training will increase the efficiency of SMEs’ sales managers, providing them with new knowledge, technologies and advanced methods to increase the volume of sales in a highly competitive environment.
During the training, participantswill be provided with theoretical background and practical skills in identification of basic client needs, price negotiations, closing agreements, etc.
As a result of the training, participantsshould be able to identify and meet the basic need of clients, use motivational words in the communication process, and visualise the entire sales cycle.
Participants will get the chance to implement what they have learned in a series of practical exercises.
The ZaporizhzhiaBusiness Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
