Roundtable on regulation of the milk market

A round table on ‘Regulation of the milk market’ is being organised by the Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) in Kyiv on 25 September.

The BRDO is funded by the European Union within the framework of the FORBIZ project and the EU4Business Initiative, with the aim of simplifying the process of doing business and providing effective state regulation in key sectors of the economy.

Topics of discussion at the round table include:

• Accounting of milk production and turnover; 
• Creation of clear rules on animal registration for households; 
• Relations between milk producers and processors. Implementation of legal arrangements.

The BRDO will present and discuss the conclusions of its Green Paper on regulation of the milk market at the round table.
