The Business Support Centre in Rivne – set up with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the EU4Business initiative – is inviting consulting companies and business advisors to attend a training on ‘Business Diagnostics for Consulting’ (part of a series of trainings on how to ‘Grow Your Consulting Business’).
The training will take place on 11-13 March, and the deadline for registration is 5 March.
This practical three-day course will enhance analytical and counselling skills of participants and help them deliver results that truly meet the needs of their clients – in particular, how to determine the essence of a client's problems and offer solutions: from choosing the right means of business diagnostics to their effective use.
The training is interactive and includes practical exercises and realistic examples. It is based on the best international practices and in-depth expertise and is part of the series on how to ‘Develop your consulting business’ developed by the EBRD.
The training’s agenda include three modules:
- Nature and components of business diagnostics
- How to apply instruments and methods of business diagnostics
- Interpretation and clarification of diagnostic results
The Rivne Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
