Business consultants are invited to apply for a three-day course organised on 13-15 June by the Odessa Business Support Centre together with the EBRD, as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The course on ‘Consulting business management’ is aimed at professional consultants who work as managers of consulting companies and are interested in the long-term growth and development of their company.
It covers consultancy across a very wide range of activities: strategy, marketing, IT technology, operational consulting, organizational consulting, financial management, quality management, resource efficiency, environmental protection, engineering design, architecture and design.
The main purpose of the course is to discuss an optimal management model for consulting companies that will ensure long-term results.
The course will help to answer following questions:
- how to build a management consulting company focused on efficiency and long-term perspectives?
- which management tools are the most efficient for your company?
- how to create a system of ‘fair remuneration’ for consultants?
- which business model does your consulting business need?
The Odessa Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
