The Kramatorsk Business Support Centre is organising a training on 13 June on how to run a successful business, with the support of the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
Money management is not just about accurate accounting, it is the methods, approaches and working tools, which allow a business to have confidence in the future. The training consists of four modules which cover topics from determining financial KPIs to effective planning of cash-flows.
The training (full programme) is aimed at discussing the following issues:
- Rational use of resources;
- Smart management;
- Regular control check of the cash-flow balance.
The Kramatorsk Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs benefit from the project.
