A workshop on international standards in business communication is being organised on 16-17 May by the Odessa Business Support Centre, together with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
International communications are of a very specific nature. The divergence of morality, traditions and culture in general as well as the differences in the economy, religion and lifestyle create very specific barriers to the decoding of incoming information.
The two-day workshop will be devoted to discussion of these questions.
The Dnipro Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
