On 11-13 December, the Zaporizhya Business Support Centre is organising a workshop on ‘Industry 4.0: from Talk to Actions’, with the support of the EBRD and the EU4Business initiative.
The deadline for registration is 7 December.
The purpose of the workshop is to form the strategic vision of drivers, and to embrace the capacities and the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as well as raise awareness of the need for changes among Ukrainian enterprises, managers and specialists.
The workshop (full details) will address the following issues:
- analysis and evaluation of the impact of Industry 4.0 trends (technological, management, communication, etc.) on industry and enterprise;
- analysis of changes in behaviour and customer expectations under the trends of the Fourth Industrial Revolution;
- assessment of readiness to change enterprises to meet the conditions of Industry 4.0;
- preparation of a digital transformation roadmap for enterprise;
- development and updating of enterprise development strategies in line with the capacities and challenges of Industry 4.0;
- creation of the management skill profile for “Manager 4.0”.
The Zaporizhya Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, which aims to improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. It also supports BSOs in 15 regions of Ukraine in setting up a network of EU4Business Business Support Centres (BSCs). At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
