SMEs in the Zaporizhzhia region are invited to take part in a workshop on management of human resources, beginning on 5 July. The training is organised by the Zaporizhzhia Business Support Centre, together with the EBRD as part of the EU4Business initiative.
The workshop on “System of Human Resources Management” is broken down into four one-day modules, taking place on 5-6 July and 12-13 July, and the deadline for registration is 2 July.
The main purpose of the workshop is to help companies with the development of a human resources management system that will reduce time and resources for recruiting, decrease staff outflow and time spent on staffing issues.
During the workshop participants will learn how to:
- establish an HR management system in a company;
- perform a personnel audit;
- develop competency framework;
- attract talents;
- plan HR development (personal and professional);
- manage personnel motivation.
The Zaporizhzhia Business Support Centre is part of the EU-funded Network of Business Support Centres, implemented in Ukraine by the EBRD, with the aim of improving improve the competitiveness and bankability of Ukrainian SMEs through the provision of business advice and capacity building. At least 30,000 SMEs and entrepreneurs will benefit from the project.
